We have a database of nearly 10,000 creditors with the CORRECT fax numbers to reach their collection departments. This is the information that we will use to fax this to your creditors (and receive confirmation of receipt) on your behalf.

How do I know that my creditor will receive my letter?
As we stated, if you complete all of the required creditor information that we will soon ask for, our database will direct your letter to the appropriate fax address and we will send you a confirmation of receipt.
Will the creditors stop contacting me?
The original creditor (for example, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, etc) still has a right to contact you. However, in most instances they will refrain from continued collection activity based on your communication to them explaining your circumstances. In fact, they may contact you to explain their own hardship program.
Will collection agencies and debt buyers stop contacting me?
The letter being faxed to your creditors requests that they cease contacting you. Collection agencies and debt buyers (so called “third party” collectors) are required by law (the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act - FDCPA) to stop all further communications with you as soon as they’ve received the cease notification
What if “third party” collectors continue to contact me after the fax?
They will have violated the law. At that point you should call our hotline at 1-888-332-8066. You will be referred to an attorney. In many instances, due to the violation of the law, your debt will be cancelled and you can receive up to $1,000 in settlement because of the violation. There will be no cost to you at all in such a case.
How long will it take before I see some results after you fax the letters?
Three to four weeks.
